I'm proud to have been a part of the Minority Business Development Agency's Enterprising Women of Color Initiative as Project Manager. It was truly inspiring to work alongside such talented and driven women. One of the highlights of the project was partnering with an outside graphic design company to create a comprehensive brand rebrand and brand guidelines for Enterprising Women of color. The end result was a fresh and modern look that accurately represented the mission and values of the organization. I'm excited to see how this new branding will help elevate the visibility and impact of Enterprising Women of Color.

We successfully completed a year-long project of producing five social media posts per week. During this time, I worked alongside our writer and also created the graphics for the posts. One of our clients, Enterprising Women of Color, hosts quarterly summits that bring together resources from all five of their business centers to support the advancement of women's equality and promote economic empowerment. As part of our role, we research, identify, book, and manage all keynote speakers for each of their events. We recently had the opportunity to be a part of an amazing hybrid event called "Her Business, Her Future: Charting Success for 2022 and Beyond." It was sponsored by The Walt Disney Company and featured Michele Ghee, the keynote speaker from Ebony/Jet, and three impactful panels. It was truly an honor to be a part of such an incredible event.

I produced, directed, and live switched between three cameras.  Enterprising Women of Color: Caring For Yourself and Your Business featuring a virtual fireside chat with Marvet Britto. Minority Business Development Agency Minority Enterprise Development Week I supported as a project manager, video producer, and editor of all in-studio pre-recorded content; MBDA Live, Bootcamp Sessions, Did You Miss MED Week.  I lead six webcast producers to execute 30 plus live sessions in 5 days.  I built the MED Week virtual event platform that houses all of the sessions.  I created design elements for our white label Business Matchmaker platform.  Business Matchmaker allows the attendees to meet with Buyers: Federal Agency/Large Business as MBDA Business Center Clients and MED suppliers.

I recently had the amazing opportunity to produce and direct a webcast featuring a virtual fireside chat with Marvet Britto. Titled "Enterprising Women of Color: Caring For Yourself and Your Business," it was a huge success, thanks to the hard work of my amazing team. We were able to seamlessly switch between three cameras, ensuring everything ran smoothly. In addition to this, I also worked as a project manager, video producer, and editor of all in-studio pre-recorded content for the Minority Business Development Agency's Minority Enterprise Development Week. This included MBDA Live, Bootcamp Sessions, and Did You Miss MED Week. It was a lot of work, but we managed to pull off over 30 live sessions in just 5 days. One of my proudest accomplishments was building the MED Week virtual event platform that housed all of the sessions, which was essential to the success of the event. I also created design elements for the white label Business Matchmaker platform, which allowed attendees to meet with Buyers: Federal Agency/Large Business as MBDA Business Center Clients and MED suppliers. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I'm grateful for being a part of it.

I had the pleasure of working with a group home for I.D. waiver individuals called Love 1st LLC. During my time with them, I was able to help build their website, create a branded brochure, and produce three engaging videos that helped tell Love 1st's unique story. Since then, Love 1st has continued to grow and expand, with multiple locations throughout the area. It's no surprise that they were recently recognized as the best in Virginia! It was truly an honor to work with such a dedicated and compassionate team, and I wish them all the best in their continued success.

As a project manager and production producer for an event planning and management service company, I helped the team pivot into virtual and hybrid events during the pandemic. Together, we were able to successfully execute 38 plus live and pre-recorded sessions across three initiatives, two of which I personally project managed. I also led the production for all three initiatives that the company held contracts on. To ensure the best possible virtual event experience for our clients and attendees, I built an interactive studio that could evolve from event to event, depending on the scope. In addition, I took on the responsibility of building and managing the I.T. infrastructure within the studio, as well as monitoring the connection to the virtual event platforms.

To further support the success of our events, I put together a help desk team of webcast producers who could troubleshoot any issues that speakers or attendees might encounter when accessing the virtual event platforms. Our team used a variety of platforms, including On24, BlueJeans, and Hoppin, to host our client events. I personally oversaw the creation of agendas, managed speaker communications, handled scriptwriting, and hosted speaker rehearsals to test everyone's connectivity. I also consulted with leadership on a daily basis to discuss the company and department growth, while researching, educating, and executing multiple strategies to ensure the excellent delivery of all client deliverables.
